Inclusion is about having rights, responsibilities, opportunities and being respected as equals.  Who decides who is included?  Is it dependent on you, others, or both?  In the various definitions of inclusion and diversity, the two main elements which come up are: the condition and degree of being "in" or "out"; and the process of changing that condition.
